TDLR PROJECT REGISTRATION

TDLR requires that if the construction cost of your project is more than $50,000 and it is a public accommodation or a commercial facility, then you are required to register your project with TDLR on the Texas Architectural Barriers online System (TABS).

Arch De Sol can register your project on the TABS. Simply fill out the Project Registration Form (Project-Registration-EAB205N) and send it to us along with payment.  There is a non-refundable TDLR Project Filing Fee of $175.

If you want to register your project yourself, enter RAS ‘Jodie Ellis’ and RAS Number ‘1387’ to utilize our services. After registering your project, print out and save the TABS number for future reference.
